As home to one of the most iconic British designs of the last hundred years, Anglepoise invest a lot of time when redesigning or even tweaking our range of table lamps.
We also employ only the best to help us do this like our current Design Director Kenneth Grange. Famous for his work with other household essentials such as the Kenwood Chef Mixer and the Kodak Pocket Instamatic camera, his work has changed the lives of families across the UK since the early 60's.
Since coming to work with us in 2001, he has designed a range of table lights for us that reflect the original 1930's design, though with a modern twist. For example, his Type75 table lamps give a broader range of movement and are now energy saving too. The Kenneth Grange Type75 desk lamps offer a choice of colour, table base, desk clamp or wall bracket to suit your needs and comes with a Phillips low energy bulb as standard.
Having taken this wonderful idea to its logical conclusion, we have also created a floor standing version of these wonderful contemporary table lamps. The Giant version of our Type75 table lamps is also an energy efficient product that allows the light to reach for 70cm from the top of the 91cm high pole.
A whole new take on the original desk lighting brief, these floor standing versions allow you to create a sleek and stylish lighting look for any space while taking advantage of the huge versatility of movement that the Giant model gives.
